Full Access; ensures that Buyer has access to the entire market, including Private, Expired and Exclusively listed properties.

First Opportunity; Should be afforded first opportunity to see new listings as they become available.

Only after other clients have had first opportunity.

Educating the Buyer; Assist in making objective comparison of all competing properties.

Enhance the value of property.

Price; Present all sales statistics in order for the buyer to make the most informed pricing decision.

Provide information supporting Seller’s Price.

Clauses; Provide best clauses favouring Buyer’s Protection.

Clauses in favour of Seller.

Financing; Assist in obtaining most favourable financing

Financing in favour of Seller.

Negotiating; Obligated to provide negotiating strategies and techniques.

Obligated to help the seller

Previous Offers; Share all known details of previously failed offers.

Share knowledge of previous negotiations the buyer has been in

Personal Information; Share all gathered information about the seller and divulged to the Buyer.

Share all information about the BUYER

 

Buyers Agency is for a specific period of time, for a specific area that outlines my duties and responsibilites to you the Buyer Client. This PERIOD of time may be one day, week, or months.
